The School of Architecture Computing and Engineering (ACE) is currently undergoing a period of considerable change especially in its enhanced commitment to a significant research profile. As a result we would like to appoint a lecturer/programme leader in computing.

You will be based in China and manage and teach computing modules on a specialist programme at undergraduate level to students who are on a joint programme between the University of East London and the Hangzhou Dianzi University. You will be responsible for organising, teaching, and assessing modules in the area of computing and related subjects supporting the School's commitment to high provision. You will also contribute to the development of modules in the programme, in addition to administration and programme management.

You will have a good first degree with experience of teaching in UK (or on UK university programmes) and of undertaking associated administration. You will also have the ability to develop familiarity with a variety of strategies to promote and assess learning and enthusiasm for delivering undergraduate programmes with a proven record of managing time and working to strict deadlines
