£18,000 - £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus company benefits

With more than 450 employees in multiple locations across the UK, USA, Dubai, Malaysia and Bulgaria not including our global Partner Network were one of the most exciting and fastest growing software companies in the world.As a Risk and Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing to the effective compliance controls within the organisation as well as playing a key part in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests, ensuring we meet legislative requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work collaboratively across a growing company, to drive a culture of compliance and contribute these compliance controls effectively throughout the organisation and escalate any potential areas of concerns. Key responsibilities: Preparing compliance audit data by compiling and analysing internal and external informationProviding support through the collection and coordination of internal compliance data with auditors and various departments (e.g. root cause analysis) Provide administrative support to compliance auditors and Risk and Compliance ManagersAnswer questions and respond to requests in a timely and efficient mannerOversee the reviewing of policies to identify gaps in compliance with legislation Assist with the collation of Management Information for reportingEnsuring department logs and trackers are maintained and up to date To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a highly regulated industry Demonstrable experience of conducting researchThe ability to report on research results and analyse the information effectively An ability to coordinate and work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the businessStrong organisation skill with a level-headed manner Effective communication, both written and verbal, with a clear and concise approachHigh levels of attention to detail with a focus on analytical skills and problem solvingA proactive approach to work autonomously and prioritise own workload effectively It would be advantageous if you have previous experience within a compliance, audit or quality environment or project management experience.
