Baltic Apprenticeships is excited to be working with First Click Solutions to recruit for an IT Hardware Technician Apprentice to join their team based in Burnley.
Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
- Building PCs.
- Fixing and cleaning PCs.
- Installing software.
- Troubleshooting and configuring
- Opening and cleaning laptops and updating the components
- Reporting on the issues which they discover through the ticketing system
- Running checks through laptops and troubleshooting
- Updating the operating systems
- Updating AV software
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and First Click Solutions.
Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:
- Knowledge of PC Builds.
- Good understanding of IT hardware.
- Knowledge of PC software.
- Good with tools and hands-on
- Good team player
- 5 x GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent would be beneficial
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £166.50 per week rising to £185 per week at Month 3
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 6:00
