Excellent opportunity for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join a HR company based in Manchester city centre. This an excellent opportunity for someone who has had exposure to both HR and Payroll at administrative level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll data
  • Salary amendments
  • Calculation statuary deductions
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • To administer and maintain HR processes
  • To be responsible for processing invoices, payroll administration and electronic file maintenance
  • To run basic reports and collate KPI data onto excel
  • To record, maintain and produce relevant statistical information and assist in the production of key performance indicators.

The candidate:

  • Experience with Payroll administration
  • Experience with HR administration
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong on excel including basic formulas
  • Excellent time management skills
