Supporting and managing the response for all relevant Requests Monitoring service request queue, action requests and escalating where necessary Monitors the IT service desk for all support requests. Performs reporting and cost analysis on all services offered by the team. Provides project support when required, ensuring that assigned project tasks are completed in a timely manner and undertaken to the expected specification and standard
