The Role Learner/Customer support advisors are responsible for providing support to Assessors, Employers, and Learners on an apprenticeship programme learning. No learner journey is the same, so it is important to support each learner in a way that is tailored to their needs.  The LSA is the first point of contact for incoming queries an questions from learners, employers, and assessors.• Compliance of all learner and employer related paperwork ensuring that they meet the requirements of funding, including starts, change in circumstances, completions and withdrawals.• Creating and maintaining learner records in EQUAL.• Ensure the Welcome Process is completed for all learners once they have been enrolled.• Follow structured guidelines designed to support the learner in all aspects of their course, including access to Forskills and CognAssist.• Contact learners daily, to ensure they are receiving the most appropriate support and completing their coursework in a timely manner to achieve their deadlines.• Issue resources to learners and any paperwork requests by assessors to the correct location. • Effectively deal with any learner, assessor or employer queries.• Ensuring Functional Skills Exams are booked as appropriate to the learner journey.• Monitor learner profiles monthly to identify overdue and upcoming work and any outstanding learner journey tasks• Conduct learner reviews and surveys.• Compilation of employer reports for Apprenticeship Learning and Development Business Partner.• Contribute to the Assessor performance review and ensure actions identified through IQA are followed up and closed down.• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as directed by management. The Candidate• Excellent communication, listening & problem-solving skills• Excellent telephone manner• Well organised and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy• Ability to work under pressure and a busy workload• Proven numerical and written skills• Able to use all MS Office programs particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint and be familiar with other bespoke databases• An eye for detail and a methodical manner• Willingness to adapt and respond to the changing and varied needs of the business.Perks• Excellent CPD opportunities• Bonus• Perkbox subscription• Eye care voucher• Pension scheme• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.At The Skills Network, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants, employees, and partners without regard to race,  religion, gender, gender reassignment, age,  disability, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy or maternity and any other characteristic protected under the Equality Act 2010.
