Location: Ilford

Salary : £19 per hour plus paid breaks (£41,496 )

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (This role will be part supernumerary and part nursing on the floor)

Shifts: Days

Service: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead in a fantastic care centre based in Ilford. This bright and unique care centre has a traditional and homely feel and offers warm and welcoming environment. The healthcare team are motivated and passionate about the quality of care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Clinical Lead to join their friendly team of staff.

The Home is keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.

As a Clinical Lead you will be supporting the Deputy Manager and Home Manager. You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and support other nurses when required.

This role will be part supernumerary and part nursing on the floor. During your supernumerary hours some of your duties will include:

  • Audit medications
  • Check care plans
  • Organise inductions / training for nursing staff

You will be supported by a very approachable and experienced Manager who is always available to work with the team and offer advice and support.

  • Clear NMC Pin
  • Someone who shares our passion and dedication for making every day special for residents
  • The ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their families
  • A natural educator with leadership experience, you will constantly look for ways to share knowledge of best practice with those around you
  • A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently
