This well run and highly successful property is looking to expand their kitchen brigade due to the ongoing reviews that is an out and out food let property.
With an established and settled brigade of chefs this role will not be for every up and coming chef due to the culinary excellence that is consistently produced.

An ambitious and hardworking chef who is willing to learn in an innovative kitchen with 3 rosettes.
Ideally previous experience of working within a professional kitchen
The ability to converse with guests
A genuine passion for food
Some form of formal training and or hospitality qualification
A strong work ethic and someone who understands the nature of hard work within a profession kitchen
A passionate chef who is keen to relearn their craft under the watchful eye of a highly skilled team of senior chefs
Skills required for the role:
Ideally some form of catering / professional qualification – although candidates who are qualified by experience (QBE) will certainly be considered for the role.
Certificate in Health and Hygiene
Strong communication and literacy skills.

Who Would this Role Suit:
A commis chef who has worked in a 2AA rosette kitchen looking to make a step up to a Demi Chef role in a 3AA rosette property.
A Chef De Partie who has worked in a fresh food property but willing to take a step back in title in order to fast track their career medium to long term.
