The Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a 46 bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, set in beautiful woodlands near Hayes, Bromley. The hospital provides inpatient and outpatient care for patients with a wide range of Mental Health issues including acute mental health conditions, addictions as well as having a specialist Eating Disorders and Aspergers units. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon and Bromley areas and parking is available locally. Come and join the friendly team at Hayes Grove.

This brand new post of HR Co-ordinator will have the unique opportunity to lead the small HR team and support the learning and development activities of our beautiful site. The successful candidate should have experience in HR, possibly as Administrator. The role also needs an energetic, very organised person with good attention to detail. The ability to manage projects and lead change will be a key focus of the role for some time, ensuring processes are embedded within the team and across the site.

We are currently advertising also for an Site Learning Administrator role so would consider candidate combining both roles for a full time position. This role involves co-ordinating and monitoring the implementation of learning and development at the hospital.

Key duties include:

  • Promoting, organising and co-ordinating the company's e-learning programme, ensuring that all staff remain up to date with mandatory training
  • Recording and reporting information through the company's Academy Training System, along with standard PC applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Providing support, advice and guidance to local line managers, existing staff and new recruits on all aspects of learning and development
  • Working with the department managers to meet training targets.
