Bid / Proposals Coordinator
£20000 - £30000 per annum + package including car / car allowance

PSR Solutions are looking for a Bid Coordinator / Proposals Coordinator to work with our client. Our client is Main Contractor, with a number of Regional Offices. This role would be to work out of their Leicester office as part of the Bid Team. The main sectors they work in are Education and Health care, amongst others.
- Answer bid responses, case studies, CVs and cover letters
- Assisting in Business Development, PQQs and Estimating, Tenders
- Proof reading and editing tenders
- Create and update new case studies for new projects
- Visit sites / speak to various team members to capture best practice
- Maintain and update list of case studies
- Management and updating of database
- Regular use of Adobe InDesign
- Assisting in preparing presentation materials
- Completion of PQQs, tenders, bids by necessary deadlines
About the right candidate:
- Experience in public and private sector bid work
- Adobe InDesign experience (preferable)
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
