Business Development Executive - Apprenticeships
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, negotiable, OTE
- Excellent competitive basic salary up to £30, 000 plus excellent bonus and large company bens Our client is one of the largest Training and Apprenticeship providers in the UK and is now looking to add to their existing team of Business Developemnt Executives based in their offices in Stockport. The role includes but is not restricted to; Generating a pipeline of new business through a consultative sales approach from a range of SME businesses throughout the North West Building strong networks and awareness of the company's Training offer by attending and presenting at networking events and seminars Producing costed quotations and proposals in order to win apprenticeship contracts Maintaining up to date knowledge of changes to industry funding, eligibility, legislation and regional grants Scheduling regular contact with current employers in person and by telephone to build relationships and increase apprenticeship vacancies Ensuring regular communication with internal stakeholders such as the delivery team Working with Marketing to provide content for e-marketing and social media activity Recording all meetings and customer contact using the CRM database Creating full, detailed job specifications and recruitment plans for allocation to the Resourcing Team Creating engaging and effective vacancy advertisements The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a successful track record in Recruitment sales or selling apprenticships. You should be; Energetic and driven to exceed targets whilst maintaining quality and high levels of customer service Natural ability to build trusting relationships Passionate about supporting businesses and seeing their apprentices succeed and progress Professional, personable and approachable Can-do, positive attitude Able to work as part of a busy team Organised and well-presented We do not expect these vacancies to be around for long, therefore we urge candidates to apply asap.
