  • It would be helpful if the successful candidate has some awareness of working within an IT / Technology department with an understanding or some experience of Policies & Standards, from an administrative or coordination perspective.

  • Awareness of Governance processes including policies and standards
    Governance reporting
    Risk management processes (for IT especially helpful)
    Coordinating the planning and control of meetings and subsequent outputs and actions
    Performing Terms of Reference and committee effectiveness reviews
    Building working relationships with key stakeholders
    Organisation and administration
    Role Overview

  • The successful Governance Administrator will be acting as the ambassador for Governance and consistently demonstrate behaviours in line with the organisational values, as well as assisting the Compliance Team in the application and adherence of the internal governance controls and processes. You also be undertaking important secretariat duties to support senior stakeholders including corporate calendar configuration, agenda and meeting preparation.
