Are you an immediately available administrator who is looking for work south of Edinburgh?
We are currently looking for a temp receptionist/administrator for one of our clients based near Roslin. This is a part time vacancy 20hrs per week with flexible hours Monday to Friday between 9.00am 17.30. You must have access to your own vehicle as the office is not accessible by public transport. You must also be immediately available to start work.

    Competitive pay rate £10.00 p/hr
    On site car parking as not accessible by public transport

  • What are the duties and responsibilities?

  • First point of contact for visitors and calls to the office
    Handling incoming telephone enquiries
    Organising events and related hospitality
    Processing mail, filing and scanning, minute taking
    Booking and planning travel for management
    Management of stationary/office supplies
    Plus many other duties

  • Who is the perfect candidate?

  • Experience as a Receptionist and Administrator
    Excellent IT skills and proficient use of Microsoft office
    Have a flexible attitude and great personality
    Very organised and great attention to detail
    Be ready to work immediately
