We are now recruiting for two Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Woodlands, Thetford.
Our residential houses are home to 3 males & 4 females (aged 21-66) with a profound and multiple learning disability, physical disabilities, some communication difficulties or other support requirements. This is an interesting and varied role and is a perfect opportunity for someone who is new to care as well as someone who has experience.
As well as completing domestic duties and necessary paperwork, you will be supporting with their bed time routine, administering medication, assistance throughout the night, breakfast preparation and assisting with personal care (essential).
You will be joining us on a 32.5 hour per week permanent contract. Shifts are 9pm-7.45am and include weekends and bank holidays. It is important that you can be flexible to meet the needs of the people we support.
As we support a number of people, interests and personalities differ which will add variety into your shift. You are not required to drive as the service is located near a bus route.
