My clinet is seeking the services of an accomplished Managed Services Manager to manage the Managed Services of a blue chip clients contract to support their EmployerProvider delivery. The role is accountable for the management and coordination of the Managed Service and direct delivery offer to include the maintenance of quality, compliance and performance of the clients programmes under the managed service arrangements.
This role works closely with the GLA Apprenticeship Team to maximise apprentice and performance targets and the Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring all programmes delivered to this key client as an Employer Provider are compliant with the ESFA and Ofsted requirements. This includes the initial assessment and onboarding process, data reporting, financial claims process, EPA preparation, auditing and action planning.

Responsible for performance targets including delivery & implementation of the Managed Service offer and operational excellence
Strategic development of programme offer both managed service and direct delivery
Develop and deliver a functional skills strategy
Engage with internal and external stakeholders and develop key relationships that ensure programme and business success
Management of the Managed Service and direct delivery teams, ensuring all delivery staff identify and plan where needed additional support, and Functional Skill delivery is planned in line with learner needs
Supporting the client to set and monitor benchmarking data and KPIs
Generating data reports and attend review meetings to analyse information
Skills and Experience
Experience of working at a senior management level within an apprenticeship operational function
Proven track record of successful apprenticeship delivery and relationship management
Understanding of contractual finance management and ESFA funding streams and procurement process
Excellent knowledge and experience of Ofsted requirements, inspections and ESFA compliance
Understanding of the wider government apprenticeship agenda
V1 or TAQA Level 4 Award
Level 4/5 management qualification
Experience of working in a tightly regulated industry, such as aviation
Salary: £37,800 £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
