An exciting entertainment-based company based in North-West London is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis . This is a permanent position ideally for someone with at least 1-3 years hands on Experience in a similar position.
The successful candidate will be awarded with an Excellent Bonus Scheme along with an outstanding benefit package!
Experience with both Office 365 and ticketing systems is essential for this position.

Essential Criteria/ Duties :
- Strong experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge of supporting Office 2013 and above
- Experience with an ITSM ticket management system
- Exchange administration
- Experience with remote support
- Experience of Video Conferencing
- Anti-Virus Software
- Remote VPN User support
- Demonstrate proactive maintenance on desktop and laptop estate
- Office 365
