What Will I Be Doing?
You will be working within a close-knit and highly skilled 2nd line team as an Apprentice Technical Analyst, supported and being responsible for managing our customer base. You can expect to gain experience of the following:
- Supporting customers with fully managed implementations
- Proactive system Monitoring
- Event Management
- Incident and Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Level Management
- Understand the SLA agreements and business delivery
- Confirmation of customer contracts
- Customer service management to SLA/KPI targets.
- Triage assessment.
What will I study?
The Technical Analyst Apprenticeship lasts three years. Over this three-year period, you will complete both a Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship standard both of which are directly relevant to the Technical Analyst role. You will study subjects such as Networking, Server Administration, Cloud Services, Coding and Logic and Business Process, gaining a wide range of globally recognised, industry standard qualifications.
Are you the person we are looking for?
All we ask is that you have GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English and that you are able to demonstrate an interest in technology.
