Greatopportunity for an ambitious Supply Chain Manager to lead transformationalactivities to deliver the Nasstar Supply Chain Strategy, building procurementcapabilities and improving organizational efficiency. Taking Responsibility forcomplex software licensing models and building strong relationships withvendors.

Responsibilities: Create and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry Buildlong-term relationships with vendors in the industry

Defineand implement I.T category strategies to maximise procurement principles andcost savings

Drivethe development and implementation of procurement systems, processes andprocedures as appropriate

Workclosely with Finance team to streamline billing activities associated withprocurement

Analyseand negotiate proposals for price and specifications Performrisk management for supply contracts and agreements Skills, knowledge and experience: Accreditationto Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Accreditationto IACCM (Preferable)

Previousexperience as a Supply Chain/Procurement Manager responsible for softwareprocurement and clear understanding of Tier 1 software vendor licencing modelssuch as Microsoft SPLA & CSP

In-depthknowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms

Provenability to analyse and resolve complex problems quickly to drive performanceimprovement

Abilityto successfully work in cross-functional teams and embed change

Abilityto manage and mitigate risk through effective strategic planning activity

Sound understanding of Tier 1 software vendors licensing models and the ability to research and grasp the fundamental principles of Tier 2 and 3 software vendors licensing models as and when required.

Abilityto understand IT architecture designs and map them to software licensingmodels. Manage the risks of non-compliance with software licensing terms andconditions. Good knowledge of the common terms in software-license agreements
