IT Call Analyst Service Desk Call Operator PartTime £12,000 £12,420 22.5 Hour Week 22.5 hours per week. 7.5 hours per day, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 07:00 15:30 with one hour for lunch Godalming Surrey Are you an IT Call Analyst IT Service Desk Call Operator with good knowledge of IT? Are you looking to work within a dynamic, fast, buzzy environment? For this IT CallAnalyst opportunity, you will need to have a keen interest in IT, customer service / call centre experience is the key as taking telephone calls is essential. Experience of working within a Service Desk ticketing system and Microsoft Office proficiency would be very advantageous. For this role you will need to respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone calls and emails. To accurately record details of the caller, problem and severity of the ITrelated issue. You will need to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction, applying logic and common sense to requests for assistance, ensuring that using identified criteria, issues are escalated in accordance with procedures.

- Customer service experience including taking telephone calls
- Experience of working within a Service Desk ticketing system
- Microsoft Office proficiency
