Interim HR Business Partner
£50000 - £60000 per annum + excellent pension, bonus, 26 days hols
As a site based Interim HR Business Partner, up to £60k, you will partner with the Executive team, working closely with the MD to provide advice and guidance around HR areas.
This will include working closely with Unions, managing pay negotiations, collective agreements, organisational change, talent management, Learning and Development, Reward and performance management.
As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will have operated in a matrix structure, and have extensive experience of working in Unionised, Manufacturing/Engineering environments. You will be available at short notice. The role requires weekly travel to the Birmingham Head Office.
