Sharp Business Systems are looking for an IT Support Analyst Apprentice to join their team in Stockport.
Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
- Answering calls and providing remote support
- Hardware repaired with occasional site visits
- Creating new user accounts/emails/resetting passwords
- Monitoring servers
- General IT Maintenance and updates
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Sharp Business Systems.
Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:
- Basic Troubleshooting experience would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of hardware and components
- IT Hobbyist with a keen interest in technology
- Good communicator
- Eager and willing to learn
- Willing to listen to feedback
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £12,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week.
- 8.30-5.30 with 1-hour lunch break.
- 26 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays.
