Customer Service Manager

Location: Bromley

Salary: £18,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Customer Service Manager Role:

  • Mentoring students through the online training courses
  • Developing rapport with staff and students
  • Providing information and guidance to the learner during their online course
  • Providing academic support
  • To provide telephone, email and video conferencing tutor support for a caseload of students
  • Providing one to one support for the learners to progress through their online course
  • Answering inbound enquiries
  • Speaking to new and existing learners
  • Helping with internal recruitment
  • Assisting with the recruitment process of students
  • Re-writing CV's, uploading onto job boards, helping students to apply for roles
  • Assisting with interview process and preparation
  • Other ad-hoc duties

The ideal Customer Service Manager will need the following skills / experience:

  • Managing day to day relationship with learners
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports as required for timely completion of learners
  • Co-coordinating the recruitment of learners with Business Relationship Managers and other employer engagement functions in the business
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Internal Recruitment experience - sourcing both high volume and hard to find candidates, would be advantageous
