A technical background is helpful, but not essential in this role. Whatever your experience, you will have a passion for cars and customer service, and a clear focus on team, delivering quality standards and results.
You will support and develop your team on their road to success ensuring focus on quality and compliance, planning effectively and owning the outputs of the Centre.
With strong commercial capability you’ll promote your Centre locally, delivering the best service, and sharing in the success of your team.
