Creative Director

Primary Relationships
The Creative Director will report primarily to the Director of Marketing.

  • Within the organization, the primary working relationship will be with the Assistant Director of Marketing and outside vendors who produce completed projects.

  • Primary Accountabilities

    1. Responsible for designing and producing marketing communications. Examples include the following:
      a. Core and Placemat Menus and Kids Menus
      b. Website/App
      c. All Table Top merchandising and Store Signage
      d. Email Design
      e. Newspaper Ads
      f. Direct Mail Postcards
      g. Billboards
      h. Update and distribute Media loop quarterly
    1. Assist in competitive bidding process to ensure quality standards and competitive pricing.
    1. Maintain quality standards and brand compliance throughout multiple initiatives.
    1. Maintain artwork files and backup system so that all historic data is preserved.
    1. Assist Corporate Chef with training materials and publishing of food photography for menu changes, new store training, etc.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

    1. Minimum of 5 years experience managing graphics design team
    1. Must be neat
    1. Up to date with industry leading creative software and technologies: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite CC
    1. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills
    1. Proven graphic designing experience with restaurants and food along with digital portfolio
    1. Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
    1. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
    1. Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
