Recruiterlink has partnered with a growing Digital and technology product developer based near to the Bull Ring in Birmingham as they search for talented Sales executives to join their team. This full time and permanent role will offer a telesales/ sales professional the opportunity to sell high quality devices across multiple industries and could offer an escape from the 100 dial a day B2B call centres.
The team here is professional, motivated and team orientated, many of the existing sales staff have enjoyed consistency in employment and ongoing opportunities to earn commission.
The day to day duties of the role include:
- Prospecting client via online research before making contact via email or telephone
- Building your knowledge of the company products and guiding clients towards the best solution for them
- Developing ongoing relationships to offer scope to cross sell new products
- To work effectively with the sales and support teams to ensure targets are hit and that customers are happy
We are ideally targetting candidates who can offer the following:
- Sales experience either face to face or telesales
- Excellent IT skills and exposure to CRM, internal systems
- Identifying customer needs
- Excellent communication and prospecting skills
