Automotive Quality Manager/Business Administrator required in Cambridge
Basic Salary £24,000
My client, an Automotive main dealer is looking for an experienced Quality Manager/Business Administrator for their site in Cambridge. This role will require you to oversee the site's quality and service standards.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to communicate well to staff of all levels, you will be required to provide support and have the confidence to interact with the management team.
Customer interaction will also play a large part in the role and again you will need to the confidence to undertake this, along with the ability to recognise a customers requirements and ensure their expectation is met.
There will also be a high level of Business Administration involved in this role, plus any additional work required by the Head of Business. The ideal candidate will need to be fully competent with carrying out administration work, work to deadlines, be able to deliver the required level of work, plus have a knowledge of IT and numeracy.
It is important that the right candidate is competent and confident to be able to deliver quality assurance to the company as a whole.
