The Marketing unit needs an experienced, organised and customer focussed Staffing Manager.In this varied role you will be responsible for the initiation, implementation and management of all staffing functions, policies and processes/procedures and protocols for the Unit. This includes recruitment, selection, induction, Career Development and Staff Appraisal (CDSA), rewards, re-gradings and training & development plans.You will be the Unit's point of contact with Central HR for staffing administration matters arising within Marketing and you will be providing day-to-day planning for and management of the staffing functions of the Unit, including co-ordinating the Unit's resource plan and staff budget. To be successful in this role you must have experience of working as part of a team in an HR environment in a large, complex organisation. You will need strong organisation, administration and communication skills with the ability to interpret and communicate detail with clarity and confidence.Closing date: 6 January 2015Interview date: 12 to 16 January 2015
