This global apparel brand is in search of an ER specialist to join the head office team, based in London.
Reporting to the current ER Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial and accurate support to operational management teams across all the retail channels. Day to day, responsibilities will include: Providing first line advisory responses to line managers on all employee relations matters The coordination and case management of employee relation activity, including disciplinary, grievance and capability cases Identifying trends in employee relations activity, and making recommendations as appropriate Supporting the continuous development of HR policies, procedures and processes
Successful candidates will have at least two years experience as either an ER specialist, or a generalist with a strong ER focus. You will have thorough knowledge and practical application of employment legislation, strong influencing and advisory skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
