About the job
Our client, one of the worlds most iconic brands, is currently recruiting for an experienced Account Executive to plan and carry out sales activities to maintain and develop the sales of the companys product range through both warm and cold lead generation.
Manage and build an excellent relationship with the existing client base to allow upselling of the companys products to existing clients and cross selling to other departments around the business.
Reengage with customers to maximise sales opportunities
Respond to and follow up new business inbound sales enquiries
Warm & cold lead generation
Ensuring all clients are proactively contacted in line with a predetermined call frequency to capture an order, cross sell, upsell to other area and provide further information on our products and solutions.
Build strong relationships with key clients and to work on gaining new contacts
Monitor and report on sales activity via the CRM system and provide relevant management information
Occasional visit to clients.
Minimum of 2 years experience within sales.
Selfstarter with a strong work ethic
Strong organisational skills
Microsoft Office high level of competency
Negotiation ability and confidence to ensure the best deal is done whilst delivering the best solution for the client.
Excellent customer service/telephone manner.
This is a fulltime permanent position, working Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm.
