Our client currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Breakfast Supervisor for their Hotel Manchester.
The Breakfast Supervisor Role
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be expected to oversee the running of the breakfast operation, facilitating the smooth running of the department.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring immaculate set up of equipment on a day to day basis.
- Provide consistent level of service to customers as per Company standards.
- Liaise with the Head Chef as to food/restaurant service and all aspects involving the kitchen brigade.
- Ensure all Company standards are met regarding Health and Safety, COSHH, Security and fire regulations.
- Provide continuous training to help maintain a consistent high level of service.
Requirements for the Breakfast Supervisor Role
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar position and have a good knowledge of food and beverage. Excellent leadership and communication skills are key along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
