About the job
Our client, a leading engineering company is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer focused Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team in line with their ambitious growth plans.
Providing full support to the sales department comprising of two Area Sales Managers and Sales Director
Assisting with equipment ordering, administration & organisation of projects.
Accurately maintaining & entering client data utilising in house CRM system
Producing Technical/CAD drawings (training available)
Stock Control & Warehouse management.
Assisting on occasion with site visits/deliveries/unloading
Liaising with customers regarding order updates and availability
Assisting in the demonstration of products.
Maintaining Company Website & Social Media
Previous experience in a customer facing role essential
Technical/engineering experience desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Flexible team player with a cando attitude
Problem solving skills
Strong IT skills, Auto CAD desirable but not essential as full training given
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Based: Exeter Hours: 8.30am 5.30pm Monday Friday
Salary: £18000 £20000 basic salary, onsite car parking and excellent career opportunities.
