Our home in Worthing has five bedrooms and provides a high standard of care and support for young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience but what we really want is an outgoing attitude, dedication to making a difference and to share our commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
A family is 365 days a year and so are we!
Our shifts reflect this.
In general our shifts are 24 hours starting at 8 or 9 am through to the next day with a sleep in.
If you are working full time this would be 3 days a week.
Weekends/Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Year will be worked on a rota basis.
The Support worker role in Worthing is for 39 hours a week with 5 weeks holiday. Applicants should have, or be willing to work towards QCF/NVQ3.
Due to the needs of the young people the ability to drive will be essential to the role.
For all roles we require a minimum of two references. References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children's Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
Please be advised that references will be requested prior to interview for all roles within our schools.
