As a Liz Earle Counter Manager and ambassador in Boots your role will be to be to lead, manage and develop the team, ensuring that all our customers enjoy an unforgettable experience and first class service, offering them accurate product information and skincare advice.
As an experienced and commerciallydriven Counter Manager you will take ownership and accountability for the counter. This will include management, development and leadership of Customer Advisors, as well as responsibility for driving financial performance along with recruiting a customer base. To be successful in this role you will be used to working in a highlytargeted environment, analysing and reporting on performance data along with driving traffic and sales to the counter.
Your communication skills will be superb and you will have the natural ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. A proven track record in driving commercial success is pivotal along with a proactive and positive approach. Your approach will be calm and friendly, even when under pressure. As a manager your agenda will be that of coaching, motivating and enabling staff to realise their full potential.
