Customer Support AdministratorPermanentup to £22,000Milton Keynes Are you looking for a challenging role that you can make your own, in an environment that is supportive? If you have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude, then this role would be a perfect fit for you! Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Dealing with daily enquiries from internal and external customers and updating systems accordingly.Answer telephone calls and effectively manage several different email accountsMeet/exceed service expectations from colleagues and customersProvide support to external sales team with administrative tasks and projectsMailshotsBuild strong, long lasting relationships with customers becoming a first point of contact for queries. This may include visiting customers at their place of businessAssessing commerciality/viability of requests made and challenging where appropriateMaintain and improve business processes within the role, department and wider businessProvide cover for order processing as required including checking order input accuracyAny other administration tasks requested by management We are looking for someone who is: Organised and methodicalExcellent communication skills, whether by phone, email or face to faceAttention to detail, high standard of accuracyWork on own initiative and to tight timescalesCapable of multitasking in a busy environmentA positive attitude and the willingness to learn aExperience of Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook is a mustExperience of SAP would prove highly beneficial If you feel you have what it takes, please apply today because we'd love to hear from you!
