My client, a large national housing contractor, are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programme.
The project is an internal refurbishment programme. Works you will be managing include kitchen and bathroom replacements and electrical re-wires.. All of these works will be carried out low and high rise blocks and scattered properties. Initially, you will be expected to survey the properties and report works back to the team that need to be completed in each dwelling. After this you will be managing the refurbishment process through to completion.
Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting projects pre and post works, taking progress meetings and managing the general delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role MUST have;
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Full Clean Driving Licence and your own vehicle
All candidates must be available to start immediately, this role is a long term freelance role.
