You have the opportunity to apply for an Assistant Office Administrator position for one of the most wellknown and prestigious names within the Building Product industry. They have a real proven track record of spotting both strengths and weaknesses within their employees and being able to utilise those strong attributes whilst building upon your weaker points.
Processing sales orders from quotation through to manufacturing and dispatch
Auditing quality checks to ensure compliance with external accreditations
Purchasing raw materials, PPE and other products
Collation of Complaint information
Factory contact liaison for customers and colleagues
You will be IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft office packages competently, specifically Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Effective written and communication skills
Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
