About the job
A fantastic opportunity for a full time permanent Sales Executive position has come available in Stockport; you will be joining a buzzing sales and account management team at an award winning and market leading company within the print industry. They are paying a competitive salary ranging from £20-24,000 per annum based on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm or 9-5.30pm, with monthly commission and great benefits including a health plan, free parking and pension scheme.
About The Role:
? You will be making on average 25 good quality outbound calls a day to secure and maintain business
? You will be working along side the sales and account management team to tailor solutions to the customers needs and objectives
? You will identify growth opportunities within the new and existing business
? You will manage multiple accounts whilst also still paying attention to detail
? You will build and maintain strong customer relationships
? You will be expected to consistently reach monthly sales targets and work towards set KPI's
? You will proactively follow up on opportunities with customers and convert into orders
? You will manage order process from start to finish
? You will work towards achieving agreed key customer contact targets
? You will need to manage your time, prioritise and track your work load
Essential Skills & Experience:
? Previous experience within sales or account management
? Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product
? Proven track record of achieving to and working towards KPIs
? Strong communication skills
? Effective listening skills with a logical and methodical approach.
? Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people at all levels.
? Strong organisational skills whilst working within a pressurised and constantly evolving environment.
? Positive, professional and confident
? Forward thinker, innovative and hard working
? Strong negotiation skills and sales approach
? Print Industry experience is desired but not essential
? Working to tight deadlines
? Experience of using CRM systems (SAGE desired but not essential)
