About the job
The successful Services Technician will provide supporting services to the Mobility Team so that the Mobility Service meets the changing needs of the eForms programme.
The ICT Mobility Services Technician will be a self motivated individual, who is able to effectively manage and able to demonstrate excellent customer service; able to demonstrate an aptitude for mobile technology; have excellent planning skills; good administrative skills and the ability to manage their time effectively ensuring all roll out targets are met by set deadlines.
Experience in an ICT or business administration office environment and use of associated systems
Experience in using Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Skype)
Experience of working with customers over the phone.
Experience in the use of a computer based call logging system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
Able to deal effectively with staff, customers and suppliers at all levels
Good organisational skills
Good analytical skills
This role is to start asap and will pay £8.01per hour PAYE or £9.61 per hour Umbrella (inside the scope of IR35)
