The ER Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of strategy through the design and delivery of projects that support the overall ER and business goals. You will work across complex, high profile projects, with multiple cross functional stakeholders. You will need to work with multiple teams and are responsible for management the relationships with the union and employee representatives.
Responsibilities will include:
Implementing projects and programmes to support units people strategy and delivery of the Group wide ER agenda
Supporting and delivering the ER elements of change activities and programmes determined by the business strategy
Regularly communicating and consulting with the Key representative bodies
Formulating Group HR policies and operational guidelines
Being recognised as a specialist in Employee Relations and take a proactive role in Partnering with senior management across key areas within the business to support change initiatives
Supporting HRBPs and senior business leaders in developing their own skills and experience in dealing with unions and employee representatives
Regularly engaging with stakeholders and functions such as Reward, Legal, and HR Services etc. to shape and support business impacting change programmes
You will have a wealth of experience in ER and the ability to build strong and effective relationships. Experience of working in a large scale unionised environment is key, as is demonstrable ability to manage stakeholders and lead projects. Experience of writing and developing policies would be a distinct advantage.
