Do you want to work on a busy front desk? Do you think you could handle the pressure?
This is a great role for the successful candidate to work as the first person of contact for all visitors, couriers and colleagues who come through reception area and be ready to help at all times. You will be responsible for managing the front desk and main switchboard for the office and will direct enquiries efficiently.
You should be approachable, proactive and have a can do attitude. You should be able to multi task and assist the office manager with a variety of office operations.
There are two opportunities available on a parttime basis, covering the following shifts:
Monday Friday 8am 1pm
Monday Friday 12:30pm 5.30pm
