About the job
A large organisation in Cowley is looking for an Automotive Customer Advisor / Administrator to manage customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face so you will need some mechanical knowledge to enable the queries to be handled effectively.
Schedule work to meet customers needs & available workshop capacity.
Order parts as required. Liaise with Technicians as required.
Create job cards.
Invoice completed work.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and face to face. You will need to be organised, friendly and helpful.
KIS (workshop management system) job estimates, job cards, invoicing, parts ordering, parts database management, workshop diary management.
Allocation of work to workshop team
Return vehicle inspections. Pool car/loan car Enquiries, booking, allocation, inspection, maintain service records, invoicing
Driving duties as required.
Maintain retail display area maintain stock levels & merchandise (price & replenish). Updating Fleetwave database with vehicle maintenance, repairs, servicing events.
Qualifications and Skills
Mechanical knowledge & aptitude is important.
Proven ability to work in a small team.
Team player & ability to work on own initiative.
Well organised and effective communicator.
Customer facing experience.
Competent computer user (role will involve extensive use of KIS workshop management system, also Word & Excel)
Full driving licence.
