We are looking for punctual, productive andpassionate Account Managers to own national sales territories.
The successful candidates will have a careerprogression opportunity along with sufficient training and development toenhance their skills.
Duties will include: Monitor, and ensure the allocated sales targets are being met Responsible for individual pipelines for continuous review Identify key clusters, trusts and school partnerships in the targeted sales areas Develop and maintain close liaison with key customers Generate new prospects and leads Follow up on leads (working with telesales) to arrange and deliver demos Identify and cultivate flagship schools that can promote and market to other local schools Maintain high quality communication with colleagues and customers/clients Follow up on any leads from events, campaigns etc where customers have shown an interest in our services. Maintain close liaison with the sales and training teams Keep the relevant CRM up to date
Requirements: Excellent face to face and telephone manner, rapport building and negotiation skills Very confident and outgoing Strong objection handling skills Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Required to work actively as part of a team and contribute towards delivering and meeting team performance Develop strong relationships and provide excellent customer service Be outgoing with a genuine desire to perform well Excellent written and spoken English Self-motivated A knowledge of Schools and safeguarding (preferred) Reliable and committed
Hours: 08:30 to 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
