HR Business Partner Cambridgeshire £50,000 + car + bonus
Workforce Development & Succession Planning
Strategic HR Relationship Manager is sought by our client, a leader service organisation, to work seamlessly with the business to help drive the business culture and align its succession planning and workforce development goals.
This is not an operational HR role, so you will not get involved with any ER aspects or generalist areas of HR. Your role will be to deploy the workforce planning and succession planning skills you have gained within a complex large scale organisation and be a capable and organised HR Project Manager as well. You will CIPD qualified, or working towards this, and have an ability to undertake multiple projects but more importantly, be able to get underneath the fabric of the business to identify its future talent as well as its right job/right job holder framework.
To be considered it is essential you can demonstrate an indepth knowledge of Workforce Development and Succession Planning from an HR standpoint and have superb communication skills. Youll also need to evidence a good understanding of talent mapping, employee engagement and HR project management skills.
