CER Education Recruitment are working in partnership with an SEND School in North Tyneside to find a Learning Support Assistant who has background working with mental health. The School in North Tyneside is a purpose built building specifically designed for pupils with ASD/ASC. You will be working across all key stages from Primary up until Secondary age pupils.

Id like to hear from you if:

You have experience teaching or supporting learning in a School setting
You have a desire to work in an outdoor and/or vocational setting
You are passionate, personable and able to enthuse young learners
You are also able to support pupils with literacy and numeracy

The pupils you will be working with will have elements of challenging behaviour. A candidate with an out going personality and the ability to build rapport with young learners would be a perfect fit for the role.
