Job Description:

The main role of the Sales Support Officer would be to provide clerical and administrative support for the Sales Team and to assist with the administration of Exhibitions and Corporate Entertainment.

As a Sales Support Officer you will prepare quotes for Business Development and Business Development Managers
Prepare claims reports and liaise with brokers and external companies
Arrange hotel reservations and travel for allocated sales staff
Create and design promotional posters and eflyers for the Sales Team
Arrange bookings for corporate entertainment/awards and exhibitions
Assist with opening and distribution of post for the department in the morning
Adhere to balanced scorecard and support attainment of team/
department/company KPIs
Assistant with enquiries/literature requests; liaising with mangers as required and completing monthly data validation checks

Candidate Requirements:

GCSE Grade C Maths and English, or equivalent
Able to follow multiple instructions and understand priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong administrator and previous experience within a busy office environment
Excellent organisational skills
Pays meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word

Candidates may also have the following experience: Sales Administration, Sales Support, Administrator, Office Administrator.

Hours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours between 8:00am till 6:00pm (flexi time)

Salary: £18,500 per annum
