Reference: A4003Description: The School of Nursing and Midwifery at Plymouth University has a vacancy for a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will support a collaborative project between Plymouth University, St Luke's and others that seeks to identify the training requirements that healthcare professionals, patients and carers may have when using video calls to support the person to die at home.
You will help arrange, deliver, and evaluate 1 online and 5 face-to-face workshops for healthcare professionals and service users. You should have at least a first degree (2:1 or above) in a Social Science or Health related subject, very good understanding of the NHS, excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills, and empathy for carers and people at the end of life. The role involves some travel across Devon and Cornwall.
