We are working exclusively with a leading specialist Mental Health Hospital in Sheffield, South Yorkshire which specialises in Adult Low Secure and Rehab Units as well as a specialist CAMHS unit for both male and female service users who are looking for a Clinical Team Leader to join their experienced team within their award winning service.
Salary: Up to £20 / hour

Working as a Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) for a market leading fully compliant healthcare provider with a portfolio of 56 mental health hospitals across the UK. Supervise the smooth running of a shift and take leadership responsibility for the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager.
Act as a role model to all staff in clinical areas, helping to maintain a motivated positive work force.
Participate in the managers oncall system to provide the first point of contact for ward based staff, outside of normal working hours.
Take an active role in clinical audit on the ward and in the hospital.
Actively coach and mentor staff to improve practice on the ward.
Take a lead role in working with the MultiDisciplinary Team to coordinate and effective care plans which meet the physical & emotional needs of the service users in a caring and empathic manner.
Participate in training and development of staff.
Follow and ensure others implement Cygnet Health Care Policy and Procedures and maintain level of service, which meets the standard for the hospital.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Mental Health / Learning Disabilities Nurse / Charge Nurse / Deputy Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) with experience in CAMHS, adult acute MH, low secure or rehabilitation environment looking to join an awardwinning service. With this in mind, we will also consider Senior Registered Mental Health nurses and Registered Learning Disabilities nurses with experience in different settings.
