CDM Coordinator Leading Consultancy
£35,000 £40,000 with Benefits
An industry leading Health & Safety Consultancy has the fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional CDM Coordinator. They are a wellestablished multidisciplinary and are recognised for their exceptional services, delivering them to an impressive portfolio of clients throughout the UK.
As CDM Coordinator you must have a strong understanding of The Construction, Design & Management Regulations (2007) as well as current Health & Safety legislation. You must hold relevant memberships and qualifications, in particular IOSH and NEBOSH. It would also be advantageous to be a registered member of the Association of Project Safety. A full, clean UK driving licence is a must as you will be required to travel throughout the Region and must consistently deliver exceptional services.
Your main duties as CDM Coordinator include:
*Providing guidance and support to contractors regarding Health and Safety
*Offering Health and Safety advice to external clients and all employees within the company
*Preparing and issuing documentation you have agreed with clients
*Liaising with employees in regards to administration of CDM documentation
*Attending design meetings and site meetings
*Carrying out Health and Safety audits, risk assessments and inspections
*Compiling conclusive reports
*Managing and leading the training of company employees and external clients
