The firm is seeking to hire a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join the firms Essex office.
The firm has a highly successful Real Estate department. You will join a cuttingedge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs, SME, OMB and tech startups.
You will work alongside a Partner who has a very strong name in the industry and used to lead a team at one of Londons most wellrespected West End firms.
The firm has a strong reputation for Leasehold Enfranchisement and they are currently very busy with good quality work. You will deal with your own caseload of leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.
This role comes with good prospects for progression.
You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
You should have a good technical knowledge
You should be commercially minded and able to spot opportunities where perhaps others may not
