We are seeking a new colleague to work within Student Support, supporting the Student Retention Manager in improving student progression, retention and overseeing compliance with UEL's Attendance and Engagement Policy. You will work as part of an exciting new team to ensure robust data quality and the utilisation of this data to identify trends and inform decisions.
You will play a vital role in working with key stakeholders to improve student attendance and progression. You will be highly self-motivated, organised, have strong analytical skills. You will build strong relationships with Schools, Services and Students.
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, you will have previous experience of administration in a complex environment, preferably in higher education. An understanding of the types of issues facing students today and experience of common higher education computerised student record systems such as SITS (Delta) is desirable. Excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills are essential requirements.
